Shipping & Returns

All items shipped within the continental United States are shipped at a per item cost of $2.50 per item or for a flat rate of $3.99 (or otherwise posted) via United States Postal Service. When checking out, please be sure to select the cheapest shipping method for your order.

International Customers:  Please note: We can not ship Kazuri Beads outside of the United States.

Please remember, all jewelry products are handmade. Therefore, please allow 3 to 8 business days to complete, process and shipped your order, and an additional 3 to 5 days for it to arrive at your door. (It will probably be a lot sooner than that - - but to be on the safe side, we tell you it's longer) You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped.

As for bead shipments, most order will be shipped out within 2-3 business days, however, it could be as long as 5 to 8 business days due to bead show traveling.

RETURNS:  Happy customers make a happier world! I want you to be happy. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please return your purchase within 4 months of your purchase date (in its original, unaltered condition) to Turtle Neck Jewelry, P.O. Box 1034, Merrimack, NH 03054-1034. Your money will be refunded within 48 hours of receipt of your item(s).
